1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the membership between “Sales Confidence Ltd” (“Organisation”) and the individual or entity purchasing a Membership (“Member”). By purchasing a membership, the Member acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these terms, which become effective immediately from the date of purchase. The membership duration is for a period of 12 months, subject to renewal as outlined in these terms.
2. Member Benefits
Each Member is entitled to a specific set of benefits, as detailed in their selected Membership Package. These benefits may include access to exclusive content, events, discounts, and other services as specified on the Membership Packages page on our website (LINK). The Company reserves the right to modify the benefits occasionally, and Members will be notified of any significant changes.
3. Membership Dues
The membership fee is specified on the Membership Packages page of our website and listed excluding VAT. The total cost, including VAT, will be charge to the Member. Payment is due either on a monthly or annual basis, based on the Member’s selected payment plan. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of membership benefits.
4. Membership Renewal
This membership will not automatically renew. Thirty days prior to the end of the 12-month period, the Company will be contacted with an option to renew. Renewal will only occur with explicit consent from the Member, followed by issuance of a new invoice.
5. Refund Policy
Generally, membership fees are non - refundable. However, in certain exceptional circumstances, refunds may be granted in accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act of 2015. Members seeking a refund should submit a request to community@salesconfidence.com, providing a detailed explanation of their situation. Each request will be evaluated on a case - by - case basis.
3. Membership Guarantee:
Guarantee Conditions: Sales Confidence Ltd offers a membership guarantee, which is subject to the following terms and conditions:
a. Eligibility for Guarantee: The guarantee is valid only upon the purchase of a specific membership plan and is conditional upon the Member completing certain 'activation points' as outlined in this contract. These activation points may include, but are not limited to, attendance at specific events, participation in certain activities, or engagement with designated resources provided by Sales Confidence.
b. Activation Points: The details of the required activation points for the guarantee to be applicable will be clearly specified in the Membership Package or in a separate document provided at the time of membership purchase. Members are responsible for understanding and fulfilling these requirements to activate the guarantee.
c. Claiming the Guarantee: In the event that a Member wishes to claim the guarantee, they must demonstrate that they have met all the specified activation points. This may require submitting evidence of participation or completion as requested by Sales Confidence.
d. Scope of Guarantee: The specific terms of what the guarantee entails, including any refunds, credits, or other compensations, will be detailed in the Membership Package. The guarantee is limited to the scope as explicitly stated and does not imply any additional benefits or compensations beyond what is described.
e. Exclusions: The guarantee does not apply in circumstances where the Member has failed to complete the required activation points, or where the Member’s inability to engage with the membership services is due to reasons beyond the control of Sales Confidence, such as personal constraints or external factors.
f. Modification or Withdrawal: Sales Confidence reserves the right to modify the terms of the guarantee or withdraw it altogether for future membership purchases. Any such changes will not affect the guarantees in place for existing Members who have already fulfilled the activation points.
This guarantee is provided to enhance the value of the membership and to demonstrate Sales Confidence’s commitment to Member satisfaction. Members are encouraged to actively engage with all aspects of their membership to fully benefit from this guarantee
7. Membership Add - Ons
From time to time, the Company may offer additional services or benefits, known as Membership Add - Ons. These Add - Ons are subject to their own terms and conditions, which will be provided at the time of the offer. Members are encouraged to review these terms carefully before accepting any Add - Ons.
8. Access to Mentors & Coaches
Sales Confidence provides Members with access to a network of mentors and coaches. These individuals are independent professionals and not employees or agents of the Company. As such, the Company is not responsible or liable for any advice given or actions taken by these mentors and coaches. Members are encouraged to exercise their own judgement and discretion in their interactions.
9. Account Registration & Integrity
Upon registering for a membership, Members are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. It is the Member’s responsibility to keep their registration information up to date. Membership accounts are personal to the Memer and cannot be shared or transferred to another individual or entity.
10. Publicity Content
By agreeing to these terms, Members grant Sales Confidence the right to use their name and logo in promotional materials, including but not limited, marketing campaigns, social media posts, and website content. Members who do not wish to have their name or logo used in this manner can opt - out by sending a request to community@salesconfidence.com.
11. Usage Restrictions
Members agree to use their membership and any associated benefits solely for personal, non - commercial purposes. Members must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these terms and conditions. Members are also expected to respect the rights and dignity of all Members and individuals they interact with through their membership.
12. Event Participation
If membership includes access to events, whether online or in person, Members are required to comply with all terms related to event registration, attendance, and conduct. This includes adhering to any cancellation policies, respecting the rights and safety of other attendees, and following all rules and guidelines provided by the event organizers.
13. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in materials provided during membership or at events, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, and digital content, are owned by Sales Confidence or its licensors. Members are granted a limited non - exclusive right to use such materials for personal, non - commercial purposes, subject to these terms and conditions.
14. Data Protection and Privacy
The organisation is committed to protecting the privacy and security of Member’s personal data. All data collection, processing, and storage will be in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Members can refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how their data is handled.
15. Health and Safety at Events
For in - person events, the Company prioritises the health and safety of all attendees. Members must comply with all health and safety regulations and guidelines at events, including venue - specific rules and any relevant health advisories, such as those related to COVID - 19. The Company will strive to provide a safe environment and expects Members to contribute to this by adhering to all safety measures.
16. Photography and Recording at Events
Members acknowledge that Sales Confidence or its representatives may take photographs and record videos at events. These materials may be used for promotional purposes. Members who do not wish to be photographed or recorded should notify the event staff upon arrival. However, while efforts will be made to respect such requests, the Company cannot guarantee that Members will not appear in photographs or recordings inadvertently.
17. Event Cancellation
In the event that Sales Confidence must cancel or reschedule an event, Members will be notified as soon as possible. The Company will provide options for refunds or credit towards future events, depending on the circumstances of the cancellation.
18. Force Majeure
Sales Confidence shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these terms due to any cause beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, government actions, labour disputes, or disruptions to transportation.
19. Code of Conduct for Events
Members are expected to adhere to a high standard of professional and ethical conduct at all events. This includes treating all participants with respect, avoiding any form of harassment or discrimination, and not engaging in disruptive or inappropriate behaviour. Violations of this code may result in removal from an event and potential termination of membership.
20. Accessibility and Inclusivity
The Company is committed to providing inclusive and accessible events for all Members. Members with specific accessibility requirements are encouraged to contact the Company in advance of the event to discuss their needs.
21. Limitations of Claims
Members agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these terms and conditions or the membership must be filled within one year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
22. Liability Limitations
Except as prohibited by law, Sales Confidence will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the Member’s access to, use of, or inability to use the membership services, any content provided through the membership, or in connection with any events attended through the membership.
23. Termination of Membership
Sales Confidence reserves the right to terminate a Member’s membership at any time for breach of terms and conditions. Upon termination, the Member will lose access to all membership benefits and services.
24. Amendments to Terms
Sales Confidence reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of the membership after such changes will constitute the Member’s acceptance of the new terms.
25. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
